Hi, I’m Todd Breeding, Bayberry Cove President of the Home Owners Association. I moved here in July of 2005 and started helping out on the BBC webpage. After several members tenure was up and some other members moving, I was asked to serve on the board. My plate was full, but I felt that this was something that that makes a difference in my neighborhood. I took the member at large position until my tenure was up at the beginning of 2006. I re-upped the following year and took the vice presidents position through 2007 and 2008. 2009 I accepted the nomination for President and was re-elected for 2010. I have found this group and their work to be very rewarding. I like knowing what’s happening to protect my investment and to keep the neighborhood safe. I would encourage everyone to come to the monthly meetings and participate. It’s your neighborhood too so please join us, there is strength in numbers. I am not running this year since I am tenured through to 2012, but I am staying on the board because I feel this is an important group of folks who really care and I feel that continuity in this group has been the key to turning a new page for the Board and Bayberry Cove.
