The Secretary position is filled by election or appointment from within the Board. The Secretary's primary duties are to prepare the Board meeting minutes that become the official record of Board decisions. The Secretary also chairs the Communications Committee and provides direction and oversight of the bayberrycove.org web site, the bulletin board installed at the entrance to the park, and the Bayberry Cove Bulletin.
