Hello, Neighbors! My name is Scott Ramsay and I am currently serving as the Treasurer for your Bayberry Cove Home Owner’s Association Board of Directors. My family and I moved to the Cove in October of 2007. We are a Navy family and we have lived all over, most “recently” in Corpus Christ, TX. I attended my first HOA meeting in January 2008 in an effort to be involved in the community and discover what a HOA Board does. Timing is everything, I was asked to fill an unforeseen vacancy on the Board…, and I’ve been there ever since! Needless to say I have been amazed over the years with how much the Board members and the residents of the Cove work and care for this neighborhood. From the fun of social events to the grudge work scrutiny of budgets, contracts, and by-laws/covenants, I can say from close observation, your Board of Directors focus on ensuring residents get the most value for their dues. Our discussions and debates are open to the community and are accessible via attending the bi-monthly meetings, reading the meeting minutes posted on the website, or talking with a Board member. Feel free to contact anyone of us to voice your concerns or clarify any issues you don’t fully understand…that’s what we’re here for!
