| The common areas of Bayberry Cove include a large playground with swings and slides designed for older children, a small playground with similar equipment designed for younger children, a sand volleyball court and a picnic area shaded by a grove of trees. There is no charge to use any of these facilities and availability is first come-first served.
In response to a recent homeowner request, the Grounds Committee added a "toddler swing" to the swing set. If you have suggestions for changes or improvement to these facilities, please discuss with a Grounds Committee member.
A project was recently completed to replace the original wooden borders of the playground areas with more durable plastic borders and replace the sand within the playgrounds. They look great!
